Delivery & Returns
Standard deliveryStandard delivery will be dispatched within 3 - 4 working days (subject to availability). Standard deliveries are shipped either via DPD, GLS, FEDEX, other courier services; a signature will be required upon delivery.
Standard delivery service takes 3-6 working days to deliver your parcel from the dispatch date. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise, your order will be returned to the depot. Re-delivery is possible at the expense of the buyer.
Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods and will depend on when your payment clears, dispatch time and delivery courier service. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified by email and advised of the expected delay. In the event that an item is sold out and your order is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you via email, providing you with the option of back order, exchange or cancellation.
Our delivery service covers most UK residential addresses with individual postcodes. Caravan parks, camp sites, holiday homes, and PO boxes are excluded.
ExchangesIn order to exchange an item, you must return it in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you obtain proof of posting and use an insured delivery service.
If we receive your item outside the 14 day period, or if the product does not reach us in saleable condition, a voucher for all or part of the purchase price may be issued at the discretion of PPG 4 KIDS, redeemable within thirty days although we are not obliged to do so.
Processing ReturnsIt can take us up to 8 working days (though often more quickly) to process a return, especially during busy times – longer if you don’t notify us in advance that you are returning the item.
European and International DeliveryWe deliver to anywhere in the world, except BFPO addresses and countries where we cannot guarantee the status of recipients.

All goods are sent either via DPD, GLS, FEDEX, other courier services, who will partner with the local service in each country to deliver. All European and international orders are tracked and do not require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your parcel, otherwise, your order will be returned to us. Re-delivery is possible at the expense of the buyer.
All orders are tracked and scanned at the point of delivery, requiring someone to be available to accept your parcel. If you are not available when courier service attempt delivery, a calling card will be left to notify you and your parcel will be taken back to your local delivery depot for you to collect or arrange for re-delivery.
No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen parcels after delivery to the buyers.
**Extended Area DeliveryParcels can be sent to EU countries, all UK postcodes and many other world destinations. If you are sending a parcel to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Man, Chanel Islands, Canary Islands, Sardinia, Balearic, Greek Islands etc then extra charges may apply as our courier class them as “extended areas."
Faulty or Damaged ProductsIf you have received a damaged item, you must return it to us before we can replace it or refund you.
UK & International ReturnsIf you wish to return an item from your order, you must do so within 28 days from the date of delivery. Non-faulty items being returned from and outside the UK are returned at the customer’s expense and risk. We recommend in all cases you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel should go missing.
Prior to returning an order please contact our Customer Service Team by email firstname.lastname@example.org accompanied by a note of your details and order number.We are happy to refund or exchange any product bought at an online store provided that:
- it is returned within 28 days of delivery;
- it is returned in its original state, unused and in its original packaging;
- you present valid proof of purchase.
